We are Cardiment

We are making milk jam

It all began in 2019, when our mother, Sibel Ertürk, made the milk jam she'd discovered during her research for her son, Bulut Ertürk. This new flavor, adapted from the original recipe, became a family breakfast favorite. The first jars were given to neighbors, and the next were given to acquaintances in Bursa.

Later, during a breakfast invitation we gave to a family friend who owns a business, he wanted to use this flavor in his business and the adventure of this mother and son, who are burning with the love of production, began.

What our father, Özkan Ertürk, initially considered a hobby was now turning into a promising brand, and we had his support behind us in this journey of faith. The first boxes were carried in our arms, leading to the first deliveries, and the subsequent ones led to more boxes. As our customer base grew, our excitement was compounded by our experience, and we worked tirelessly to make our milk and jam available to everyone.

Our desire for branding was increasing day by day and during our consultations with our family friend, dear Sinan Kurmuş, we believed that in this story where everything is original, the name should also be original and eventually our Cardiment, derived from the words Caramel Condimentum, was born.
